Workout Routine

Workouts are something that I am regular about. One hour every day of sweating it out is a must for me. Apart from the strenuous physical activities, I also do a lot of yoga. Yoga and meditation are both helpful for complete mind and body balance.

Eating Habits

Eating consists of small portions at regular intervals. I do enjoy my intake of much-needed carbs. However, I have been advised two cheat meals in a week. Home-cooked meals are my priority. I keep my diet as organic as possible as I don’t eat outside or buy packaged food. Aerated drinks, alcohol, and cigarettes, or any form of intoxication is a complete taboo for me. I believe in being high on life by the simple joys life has to offer.

Spiritual Quotient

I have been meditating for the last 15 years. Since my mom is into meditation she introduced me very early to the joys of meditation and yoga. It’s easy to get stressed but I communicate with my loved ones and recall my blessings. If that doesn’t work, I listen to music or dance. Performing arts are therapy for me.
