For me, my work is my spirituality! More often than not I’m doing a couple of different projects at my office along with juggling my acting assignments! I don’t stress easily because I don’t suffer fools.

I do get stressed many times but I communicate with my loved ones and recall my blessings. If that doesn’t work, I listen to music or dance. Performing arts are a therapy for me.
Yoga keeps me calm. After my daughter Vedika arrived, I have really calmed down! To unwind, I love watching a good movie.
