Negar Khan is Opening Doorz on her workout routine, eating habits and spiritual quotient…

Workout Routine

Since I have a very busy day, I start my workout at 5 am on an empty stomach. I start my workout with cardio for 45 minutes. I mix running with step machine. After that, I go to the sauna and hot tub. I alternate between cardio and weight training daily. For weight training, I do arms, stomach, and legs. Before I start my weight training, I warm up with a 15-minute run.

Eating Habits

I eat very healthy. I have my breakfast at 8 a.m. every day. For breakfast, I eat oatmeal with soya or almond milk along with one boiled egg and freshly squeezed orange juice.
I have my lunch between 1 and 2 p.m. For lunch, I eat salad, spinach, broccoli, grains, sweet potato, and grilled chicken. I also drink acai milkshake with almond milk mixed with peanut butter.
I have my dinner by 8 p.m. A big bowl of salad mixed with Broccoli, Avocado, Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Carrots with vinegar and olive sauce dressing, and grilled fish.
The carbs I have is all gluten-free. I have sweet potatoes, gluten-free bread, and sometimes gluten-free cake. In between lunch and dinner, I have gluten-free snacks or fruits. I drink two liters of water every day.
My Eating Tip: A big breakfast and big lunch followed by a light dinner and gluten-free snacks or fruits in between meals.

Spiritual Quotient

For my de-stress, I use the sauna or hot tub or go for a walk. I also do breathing exercises and meditation in the morning with the sound of the ocean. My life mantra is simple: Be humble and never think that you are better than anyone else.
