Niharica Raizada on her workout routine, eating habits and spiritual quotient…

Workout Routine

I am not a very big fan of the gym. It has a negative impact on my joints. However, I love swimming and dancing, and love the cardio it provides. If I had it my way, I would only dance and swim every day of my life! As a matter of fact, I swim daily in the evening for an hour. I dance in the morning for an hour. So my fitness routing mainly consists of these two things. However, for my upcoming film Sooryavanshi, I did go into the gym for training.

Eating Habits

I drink two glasses of fresh coconut water and try to drink up to two litres of fluids in the day. My constant go-to fluid intake is peppermint tea. I try to eat raw pepper and fruits such as apples and papayas in the mornings and I eat two to three eggs every day. Chicken is my favourite meal, and lately, I have been making various soups—Broccoli, Potato and Onions. I sometimes also have lentil soup.

Spiritual Quotient

I try to either, listen to music, read to de-stress or dance to old school Chopin, Bach, or Vivaldi. I have learnt western contemporary dance and I try to dance my blues away, releasing toxic energy. I am not a very spiritual person [if I introspect] but others find my aura extremely cleansed for some reason. Whenever I am with people who meditate, they tell me that I could fit into that circle well. Maybe, I have an open soul to the point where there are easy fluctuations of diverse energies. Staying energetically dynamic in this way must account for some spiritual aura I showcase, I guess!
