I am not a very big fan of the gym. It has a negative impact on my joints. However, I love swimming and dancing, and love the cardio it provides.
It’s very important to have a positive approach towards life because there can be a million things you can pin-point which are not going right in your life but there are also a million things you should be grateful for.
I believe in a healthy body resides a healthy mind. Since I am now a qualified psychologist, wellness expert and a counsellor, I look after my body. I am mindful of my flexibility, strength and stamina and see to it that I take care of these three components.
