Workout Routine

My exercise routine is pretty much just being active all day long. I manage to wake up by 7 am and maybe two or three times a week I just do light yoga or Pilates for around 15 minutes. Long walks are what I prefer; walks in the countryside of  Surrey, where I live. This is what I try and do a couple of times a week.

Eating Habits

I think the old diets such as high protein, low fat, and low carbs, etc. have been debunked now. I wish I had known this 10 years ago as I damaged my system a bit with all this dieting and extreme exercise. My basic diet these days consists of a balanced version of all three components and just portion control. I avoid junk food and sweets such as milk chocolates which I used to love. I’ll eat dark chocolate probably every day these days as cocoa is very good for you.

Spiritual Quotient

I suffer from Hashimoto’s disease which is the same as what American model Jelena Noura ‘Gigi’ Hadid has, and one of the main things I do is concentrate on my spiritual well-being and calmness. I do this through my nature walks and connecting to real life and avoiding too much of the cyber lifestyle that people are addicted to these days. We don’t realize how much the electromagnetic spectrum affects our bodies.
