The Essence: For a Marvel fan who is familiar with the superheroes and has binged on the films, this is a delight and a must-watch. For a person who hasn’t watched any Marvel film, this will be a thriller. They too will find this a great watch and a movie to remember.

For Marvel fans, this is the end of an era. Avengers: Endgame was a much anticipated film, and the craze had begun since the time the trailer was released in March. The movie would finally determine the ‘end’.

The movie is a combination of drama, action, comedy, romance and any genre possible, which takes the audience through an ocean of emotions during its duration of 181 minutes.

The Avengers finally come to a plan to stop Thanos, and this may be their last chance. Will all The Avengers be ready to risk their lives, their new found loves and families, and once again reunite to stop Thanos? Will they all survive? Will the people they have lost come back? And more importantly, will they be able to save the billions of people from being victims of Thanos’ evil power?

At some point, everyone’s tear gland triggers a rush of emotions. There’s no camouflaging the tears which wash you and the muffled sniffles. The number of twists in the plot makes it even more exciting and at the same time shocking for the audience. The thrill this movie contains keeps everyone on the edge of their seat with their nails in their mouth!

How will this end?

The background score by Alan Silvestri plays an extremely vital part and gives a particular scene the desired impact on the audience. It does not overpower the dialogues, but slowly builds up the intensity taking each scene to its peak.

For a Marvel fan who is familiar with the superheroes and has binged on the films, this is a delight and a must-watch. For a person who hasn’t watched any Marvel film, this will be a thriller. They too will find this a great watch and a movie to remember. Each and every superhero, in their own way, has left their mark on the film, impacting the viewer.

The Russo brothers (Anthony and Joe) have successfully managed to keep the pace electric throughout the 181 minutes, never once dropping gears. They have kept the audience enthralled making each scene as intense and as exciting as the other, weaving it into a beautiful masterpiece.

Thank you Marvel for letting us get to know these wonderful characters which have been effectively played by these dynamic actors, and for entertaining us throughout these past 11 years, as we now come to the end of an era.

If you haven’t watched the movie yet, please do yourself a favour: Watch it!
