With You Hamesha is not just a tagline… it’s a lifeline!

Mahindra has proved that it is a name to trust, that quality is their priority, addressing customer issues is what they take pride in and they mean what they say in their tagline.

Last week, Farookh Abdullah and his son Omar Abdullah test-drove the Mahindra Thar and the kind words of Omar on twitter had Mahindra Group Chairman, Anand Mahindra thanking the two. He knows that the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir loves his cars and the power behind them.

A tweet, a quick response

I (@MoodyMarty) tweeted to Mr. Mahindra saying, “Sir @anandmahindra your wheel balancing, wheel alignment machine is not working at the Sewri workshop for over two weeks now. How does one align the Bolero? Please help.”

Immediately, I received a call from the Headquarters inquiring about my grievance. Before I knew it, the issue was sorted.

Mahindra Ethics Thar Bolero

Our Bolero from Don Bosco, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, had gone for bodywork due to a minor hit and we also wanted to do the wheel-balancing and wheel alignment. Unfortunately, we were informed that the machine was not working. Even two weeks later the status remained the same, hence the tweet.

A few weeks ago, prior to the bodywork, Mahindra technicians showed their mettle when they sorted out the wiring in the alternator issue of our Bolero which was discharging the battery. It was a minor issue which the local technician had made a mess of.

With You Hamesha

Every genuine issue needs to be addressed to have a loyal customer base. Just having a tagline and not letting it carry weight with ‘action’ means nothing.

For the Priests at Don Bosco, Nerul, who are always looking after the needs of the children, hamesha, just like their founder, St John Bosco, Mahindra’s commitment and quick response is something they value and treasure.

Fr. Barnabe D’Souza, Rector, Don Bosco, Nerul, who is amazed at the response and integrity of the Mahindra Group says, “It is rather rare to have a Chairman of a group of companies get down to a minute detail like wheel-balancing in one of his products. I would like to commend Mr. Anand Mahindra for showing that he cares for even his smallest customers at the grassroots end. Don Bosco salutes your commitment, care and personal touch. God bless you and your endeavours.”

Imagine a newborn Thar coming to the rescue of a Bolero launched 20 years ago! I guess, it’s all in the family and it runs down from the top.

Thank you, Mr. Anand Mahindra, for being with the customer, Hamesha!
