Workout Routine
I am regular with my daily workouts. It’s one hour everyday of sweating it out for me. Apart from the strenuous physical activities, I also do a lot of yoga. I believe that yoga and meditation are both helpful for complete mind and body balance.


Eating Habits
I eat small portions at regular intervals. I do enjoy my intake of much needed carb. I have been advised two cheat meals in a week. Home cooked meals are my priority. I keep my diet as organic as possible. I don’t eat outside or packaged food, nor do I touch any aerated drink nor alcohol nor cigarettes or any form of intoxication. I believe in being high on life by the simple joys life has to offer.

Spiritual Quotient
I have been meditating since the last 15 years. Since my mom is into meditation she introduced me very early to the joys of meditation and yoga. I do get stressed many times but I communicate with my loved ones and recall my blessings. If that doesn’t work, I listen to music or dance. Performing arts are a therapy for me.
