Shriswara on her workout routine, eating habits and spiritual quotient…
I do a bit of simple stretching nearly everyday for about half an hour. If need be, in place of the stretching, I may do two or three yoga asanas or stand in a horse stance instead every now and then. I don’t get the chance very often but I enjoy semi-classical dance. For me that usually puts all muscles, bones and systems in order the best. I often walk from point A to point B if the sun is not sharp. None of these are ever done at a particular time or in a particular order.
I’m not very particular about carbs, calories and proteins. I do try to balance an intake of all flavours in the day and eat according to season and weather). I keep spiciness at minimum to non-existent. I’m a vegetarian. Water is a sad attempt of two litres per day. Overall, though, I try to keep my system alkaline. It is also a sad attempt to keep food timings fixed to 7:30, 13:30 and 18:30.
I do stress easily and likewise destress easily. Soft music, greenery, animals, meditation and reading something nice usually works for me. I give myself Reiki very often to balance things. One of my life mantras is “Let go.. and trust things will fall into place.”
